STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Payment is required in full prior to manufacturing/dispatch of goods, unless a 30-day account has been expressly agreed to in writing. An account customer's payment is due within 30 days of statement date.
2. Accounts that remain unpaid beyond their due date will be placed on hold and no further orders will be processed or dispatched until the outstanding balance is settled in full.
3. IC Seals does not accept returns or issue refunds on manufactured items. Refunds or replacements will only be considered where goods were manufactured incorrectly by IC Seals according to the customer's official specification, or where a product defect is present. Any such claim must be supported by return of the goods in question to IC Seals for inspection.
4. Claims for incorrect supply or defective goods must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of the order. No claims will be considered after this period.
5. Ownership of goods remains with IC Seals until payment has been received in full.
6. IC Seals shall not be held liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use or failure of its products.
7. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
